What is your turnaround time?
You can receive your order as soon as tomorrow, but any orders placed after 3 PM (CST) will count as an order for the next day. When you're checking out you can pick when to receive your order, but the delivery options will vary based on the quantity of your order and what you order.

Is there any way to put a rush on my order?
During the order process you will be presented with shipping / delivery options that are available to your shipping location. You must select the correct shipping process to receive your order in time. Make certain order is placed before 3pm CST and the delivery dates will be accurate. We cannot modify the shipping or delivery time post order.

How do I track my order?
You may check the status of your order by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email.

My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done?
If the product is damaged or contains manufacturing defects when you receive your order, please contact your sales executive for assistance. We will do what we can to make it right and get you what you need.
